Welcome to MSPCarrentals.com! I can't believe that domain name was available, but I got it. I also reserved the following...
And that leads me to my first tip. If you want to rent cars out on Turo.com or
So the first step in getting more business is to buy a domain name like mspcarrentals.com and then establish a simple web page that directs users to your vehicle pages so that they can quickly see the price and schedule and reserve the rental. GoDaddy.com makes it easy to buy a domain and you have to be lucky to get a good descriptive one but be clever. Then, sign up for a blog service (many have free trial periods,) and create a simple blog page. It's best if you delete things like date of the post, comments and other "bloggy" type things.
The next step is to create other social media accounts just for your car rental business. Having a site for one vehicle may seem hokie but if a customer finds your car and rents it, that doesn't matter.
The third step is to list your car rental "business" on the Google Business Directory which gives you a pin on the real Google map.
My efforts are already paying off. I had two potential renters find me through Google and one guy called me from the Google business listing.
Jump ahead of the curve. Get out there to get your cars out there and make some semi-passive income!
