The topic of going to see a psychic in place of market research came up today while we were discussing a project that we are working on. That's because market research is never truly accurate. It reminded me that I should share with you all my philosophies on why going to see a psychic is never a good thing. There are four basic outcomes...
1. The reader or psychic tells you that something bad will happen and it doesn't... so you worried for nothing
2. She or he tells you that something bad will happen and it does... so you get upset at yourself for not having done things differently to avoid it
3. You are told that something good will happen to you and it doesn't... so you get a big let down after you realize you've already waited too long for this event to occur.
4. The psychic says that something good will happen to you and it does... so you are happy it happened, but the element of surprise was totally ruined.
Heed my words. Nothing beneficial can come from a visit to a psychic, but I predict this... If you do partake in a session, you will leave the psychic with significantly less money than you walked in with.

I admit I was very inuenced by psychic phenomena around the turn of the century, but I simply discovered they picked up on your own energies and told you what you thought. We are robbed of living the experience we are meant to, because they have “told” us about it.

Jack,
I agree that psychics feed off of our vibes and tell us what we thought or possibly want to hear. I've always wanted to test their inaccuracy by going to multiple psychics and seeing how their predictions differ.

The scary thing is that there are often similarities, but then that is because of our vibes. And one of them is bound to be right eventually, too, just by chance, I reckon.
